The media converter supports Managed Network operation, providing connected servers with notifications regarding status, connectivity, network failures, etc. via SNMP, web based and Telnet protocols.

The converter provides a simple solution for connecting 10Base-T/100Base-Tx Ethernet networks to remote network segments using ST terminated multimode fiber while delivering ideal network scalability.
